YouTube has SEAL ones and lots of Marine ones to include videos of the actual units marching and running.
Ahhh.. I miss those days on the drill pad. Spending 3 hours practicing "Flight Halt" in the Texas sun until the heels coming together sounded like a gunshot and not 50 chihauhaus screwing on a tin roof. Until every step was 24 inches and could be measured with a micrometer, the guide could survive present arms with the guidon through 5 back-to-back playings of the national anthem or his body would never be found.
And that's what we did for fun.
Everytime I need a little motavation I just pull out my CD of Marine Corps Cadences OOOOOOOYEA Feelin' Good!!!

It's a little known fact that R Lee Ermy is a descendant of an ancient empire of a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Sometime in the 60's an unknown government agency acquired a transmission from outer space. Not knowing how to process this raw data they turned to a group of young audio/visual experts with a proven track record of patriotism (e.g. American Graffiti.) However the decoded video was leaked, forcing the men in black to cover it up, into what is now known as "Star Wars." In an effort to prevent hostile nations from discovering the origins of how to best "un-fuck" oneself the whole thing was disguised as a radical new science fiction motion picture. However, three years ago a very brave individual risked it all to dig up the original transmission and fragments of it have been unearthed.

Hell yes! There was one that a hard charger in ITS did, I only remember parts of it "Rice Crispies, Raisin Bran, beat your meat with both your hands... BEAT YOUR MEAT HEY HEY HEY BEAT YOUR MEAT! - Christmas ham Thanksgiving Turkey drop your pants and just start jerking... BEAT YOUR MEAT HEY HEY HEY BEAT YOUR MEAT! The instructors could go on for ever (or so it seemed).
