One last "Thank You" for Veteran's Day 2012, found this and thought I'd share....

Thank you for braving the unspeakable horrors of war.

Thank you for sacrificing time with your families and missing those significant milestones the rest of us take for granted.

Thank you to your spouses who find themselves living nomadic lives, often far away from the support of loved ones.

Thank you to your children who accept your absence as a way of life and understand they share you with a nation and sometimes the world.

Thank you to your parents who have nothing but prayers to protect you and must now trust you will be safe and that we will offer the best we have to you.

Very powerful and moving. My favorite part were the kids, great ideal!!!!

Listening to this now...My nose is stinging, I held it together through Zerbe but when they got to Workman, I let the tears flow.

Can't wait to get home to hear this. I'm honored to be a part of this and so was my better half. Some tremendous people visit this site, people that I'm glad are on my side and people that leave me completely humbled. And that's really what this was about (at least for me) - to be humbled by the sacrifice of so many for so many more. 

May this Veterans Day invoke the memories of those that forged our history in blood, sweat and tears.

A solemn reminder of the high price some folks have paid for the liberties I and my family enjoy. This is such a powerful reminder of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice - may they and their sacrifice never be forgotten!

An end to this Veteran's Day and it will long be remembered.  Special thanks to each and everyone who helped out and those who wanted to but, couldn't.

God bless American and every Vet past, present, and future.

Just a priviledge to participate in this project. It is just interesting that there seems to be dust getting in my eyes llistening here...have to keep blinking it out. Awesome project Brandon.

We had some formatting issues. We have the whole list in our files but because of formatting and time constraints this reading is not fully complete. We have all the names, enjoy what we have and know that nobody was left out.

That turned out to be a great tribute to the SOF heroes. Gave me chills listening and remembering the names. So glad I was able to participate and thank you SOFREP for putting this together. Very special. And to all the veterans out there thank you. Happy Veterans Day.

An honor to serve and participate with Sofrep Community.  Outstanding are the children's voices.  Thanks guys and gals it was fun and hearing the names this morning gives me chills.  May they never be forgotten.
