700 retired Special Operations soldiers recently signed a petition as a part of the Special Operations Speaks group regarding Benghazi. Our sources do not run all the way into the Oval Office so we cannot answer all of their questions but many are fairly straight forward. My answers are in italics, questions I am unable to answer are left blank. View the petition itself here.
1. Why was there no military response to the events in Benghazi?
Two aspects of this are that America’s global response is not where it should be and the military was not situated in the best manner to respond as Libya is not a theater of war, but also the Obama Administration was hesitant to send in the military because they did not want to cause further embarrassment after a sizable para-military operation was exposed in Benghazi.
a. Were military assets in the region available? If not, why not?

It would make a good comic, if I could draw though. You have to admit, the possibility is there.
Well, your comment speaks volumes of who you are. Anti American Troll. Skimming sites to confuse truth and aid in the demise of America. You need to use words other than the usual talking points. Do not see where you can get discrimination from that. But that is your most useful tactic, and the only thing you can fall back on when you can not reply with any substance.
The White House Situation Room, was empty except for a phone ringing with urgency to request help! Obama was across the hall, in the Muslim Brotherhood Operation Room, putting together the anti blasphemy law which they hoped would place the world under Islamic law. Watching the attack while coordinating Islamic forces against the SEALS, and watching the off loading of weapons and cash to the Islamic fighters in two locations. Ammazing, the Muslim Brotherhood Operations Room has more Monotors than the Situation room!
Given the hearings of May 8 do you still believe you were given truthful information, in particular #5 and #11?
Mastermind in Benghazi attack walking free in Libya, sources say May 1, 2013 But one source told Fox News the government is "sitting on" information. "We basically don't want to upset anybody, and the problem is, if Ambassador Stevens' family knew that we were sitting on information about the people who killed their son, their brother, on and on, then, and we could look them as a government in the face, then we're messing up. We're messing up," the source said. Fox News spoke exclusively with one special operator who watched the events unfold in real time and has debriefed those who were part of the response. He remains anonymous for his safety and has decided to talk because he says he and others connected with the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks in Benghazi are frustrated with the excuses and lack of a military response since Stevens and three other Americans were killed. http://tinyurl.com/ce2gt6g
