Brandon Webb is a former U.S. Navy SEAL with combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and elsewhere in the Middle East. His last tour in the SEAL Teams was as the Course Manager for the US Navy SEAL Sniper program, arguably one of the most difficult sniper courses in the world. Myself, I typically respond better to the calls of "Hey FUCKTARD!!"  Shows that your friends still give a damn and want to keep you around just to annoy the hell out of you. :)   In turn, I always answer back, "Hey Hey HEY!!.........That's MR. Fucktard.......Thank You....;)"   You have to give as good as you take.

 @SleazyWeazel Exactly.  Just got off the phone with my best friend... he's a sheriff's deputy in Oregon and as he drives his motorcycle in to work we sign off with:  "Don't get shot, dumbass."   "I won't, don't go gay on me shithead."

Great episode.  I try to explain this constantly to the wife.  She asks why me and my friends are constantly insulting each other and giving each other shit.  I try to explain that that's what guys do, and if none of your friends are giving you shit and riding your ass, making fun of you and fucking with you, then:  you're "that" guy.

 @Tango9 I heard a quote a few weeks back that went something like this, "women socialize  by complimenting each other, even though they don't mean it. Men, however, socialize by insulting each other, even thought they don't mean it."

A little more serious but I like it,  The thread on the war on drugs kind of touched on the idea of positive peer pressure.  Can I say this?  Love you guys, keep it up.  And yes Brandon if the fees are small I'll pay for it.  I brew my own, Turkish style so I have no idea what Starbucks costs.  Hell one way or another I've been paying for it  since I was a 19yr old E-3, but that's another story.....
