Welcome to SOFREP.com (“the Website”), operated by SOFREP, Inc., a Nevada S Corporation. The Website enables visitors (“you” or “your”) to keep up to date with the latest special operations forces news and information, as well as to participate in our commenting feature and our membership feature.

By accessing and using the Website and its services (the “Service”) you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, which sets forth the terms and governs your use of the Website. If you do not wish to be bound by this Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use this Website.

You also permit any visitor or member of the Website to use such Content for personal use as described above. These Terms of Use will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
