IMHO... If ALL that you espouse happens... Be prepared for Armageddon !!
Skywarn, I am NOT Zach, but I did not see a response and China / North Korea is something I often lament upon and thus I wanted to give you my opinion: China is the sole country to fight us to a stalemate, force on force on the open battlefield. I do not wish for UN Forces to engage with them again. I fear a North Korean hissy fit could lead to confrontation. Even so, I don't believe any NK tantrum would rise beyond a regional response and would be limited to artillery and Allied Air power. I don't see NK being the reason we go to war with China. I see the situation in the South China Sea as a very strong possibility for a flashpoint that could lead to huge implications. With the Russian Federation's Navy now openly working with China's Navy, I am concerned. If that were to kick off, I would see NK coming across the 38th Parallel and seizing Seoul as an opportunistic advance. Under normal circumstances China's influence upon North Korea is that of a big brother (who in response to NK invading South Korea would admonish the little brother big time) However, if Chinese forces are already engaged in open warfare against the United States (over the south china Sea scenario), there is nothing to stop NK from doing so. If the Russian Federation teams with China against the United States, I also foresee Iranian aggressions ramping up as well and a conventional attack upon Israel coming post haste. If Iran goes into Israel, I see the Middle East all but imploding. All of this could very easily spawn from a south China Sea confrontation (in my opinion) Thoughts?
Zach - sorry I am late to the party.... Being a space guy actually can you describe what helps you most out in the field (without disclosing anything sensitive) from our space assets?
We still going?
Could you provide me your assessments on Russias' fly-by aggressiveness toward us? It seems to me, a minor unprovoked error by them could result in grave damage to our battleships and/or air assets let alone start another Cold War or provocation. What are your thoughts on Russia being in our airspace over Syria? And, bombing our CIA base there? I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have on their calculated moves toward us. Again, thank you for your expertise here.
