"Fire for effect"...
God bless MrsLPD; her heart was in the right place. I guess we don't automatically think that there would be people scumbaggery (yes, my own creation - eat your heart out, Wet) enough to rip off vulnerable veterans!
The fact that he was also working at the VA while "running" this charity raises my ire even more. Wonder if his time spent at the VA is why he felt this was a great idea to take even more advantage of veterans, maybe gave him some ideas of how to make "extra money". Just despicable. Think of the good you could do with $29M dollars. So other than the $8K in parking what else did they spend this money on?

Thank you SOFREP for shedding light on these scumbags.
Prior to checking them out, guess who was sending checks......MrsLPD. We have a WWII vet friend that died recently. He was sending tons to Paralyzed Veterans of America and that was the memorial at his funeral, so we dropped a check on them in his name and then checked their ratings. Oops......I just ordered GFC coffee from the the Raider Project. A few places we hear about on SOFREP make more sense to me. That and gofundme for people I have a connection with......
