I'd say, start from the beginning and if you want to ruck for real... consider getting a good alice pack or something good for rucking. Also bricks or a steel plate for dry weight. Also consider his boots article if you want to train in boots and pants (which i recommend). He did have an optional added workout on a few of the days for people training for selection early on not sure if norwood still included them.
Just found this series. Is this something where I should go to the very beginning of or jump in on the day's workout?
