Interview with Nick Irving, former Army Ranger sniper: “Don’t be that guy”

Nick Irving, former Army Ranger and author of “Way of the Reaper” sat down with Drew Dwyer for an interview. In this portion of the interview, Nick said that once he made it to the rank of sergeant, as an NCO (non-commissioned officer) he didn’t want to be “that guy” that ruled by fear. Instead, he developed own kind of leadership style that he used to train new soldiers.
