In short, AFC Harrogate turns young men and women into soldiers, and in this edition of Big Phil on Tour, he’s checking out the different ways these young troopers get into fighting shape.
Of course, Big Phil is plenty accustomed to spending time on post, so he takes us on a tour of some of the different ways young troopers work out during their training. From the obstacle course to playing some good old fashioned games during their off time, fitness is a way of life for these young men and women.
