The next pouch away from the body is best decried as a charge pouch for over the shoulder access to any breaching charges. But as you know anything can go there. On the outside of that pocket is an elastic drawstring that pulls pretty tight, again it works well for explosives or any other thing that requires quick access. Left side is a tool pouch that has Velcro straps and a fastex buckle to properly secure a sledge hammer or axe. “
