The LBT 6094 is one of the most-used plate carriers in the Special Operations community. Built to last even during the most demanding operations, the 6094 offers you both comfort and reliability. You can easily add front, back, and side standard SAPI plates (Level IV). It is available in standard and swimmer-cut plates, as well as with Level III-A soft armor.

The dual interior radio pouches will keep your radios tightly snugged in while being easily accessible. A centered kangaroo pocket will put a map or other critical gear within easy reach. There are hose guides for your cables or hydration tubes.

While in Afghanistan, I had the opportunity to try one of these carriers, borrowing it from a SOF friend of mine. It was very comfortable, and the weight was well distributed over the shoulder and along the cummerbund. I haven’t tried it on a patrol, but from what I have heard from several SOF friends, the LBT 6094 is top of its class.
