Today is a swim day, so head back to the pool.
The swim test is a big part of the initial testing phase and many candidates fail to properly prepare for it by practicing it in uniform. Get used to being comfortable in the water.
Warm up first –
3 x 30 seconds Mountain climbers
3 x 30 seconds Spider-Man planks
Swim 300 meters with fatigues and boots; swimming with them on it feels like little gremlins are pulling you down in the water from the corners of your uniform.
Stretch well after completion
