It’s seldom that we get a view into the high tempo world of Special Operations units. Much is said about the gear used and worn by these units. What makes insight into the gear used so interesting is that to some extent or another it has to last and make the cut. And while there are other who could test and use the gear, few get the leeway that many unconventional units get in terms of gear. Far fewer have the ability to push gear to its absolute limit the way Special Operations does. Lucky for us we have prolific writer and Special Operations member Jeff Gurwitch who explains the trends in gear that he has seen through the Global War on Terror.
