Kyle Defoor explains in this video how to work that cover in order to protect yourself, yet still be able to accurately engage the threat. If you’re carrying concealed, you may have to use these tactics someday, whether that is in a public venue or inside your own home. Typically this is something that Military and Law Enforcement will train on regularly, but not your average concealed carry citizen. This is an easy skill to incorporate with your dry fire practice. Shooting is a perishable skill. Get out, get some good reps in, and be ready. Take a few minutes to watch the video and take mental notes, then start knocking out some reps.
