When you put four former Rangers in SOFREP’s Team Room with a few beers, you expect some stories about Ranger School to come out sooner or later, and that’s exactly what happens in today’s episode.

Jack Murphy, Nick Irving, Isaiah Burkhart, and Clyde Carmody are with us today. Jack is first to start the stories with a tale of how he got recycled through Darby Phase of Ranger School because the ink bled on his notepad due to rain and it was impossible to read the number of one of his land navigation points.

Next, Isaiah Burkhart tells the story of how he almost got kicked out of Ranger School but instead earned the nickname “Rocket Ishmael.”
