Remember to stay hydrated throughout the ruck march and to ensure that you have at least two pairs of boots broken in for the course.

2 x 20 Pushups
2 x 20 Side Planks
6-mile rucksack march over varied terrain. Try to keep your pace better than the standard. And mark your times in your workout log book.
