Warm up
2 x 20 Pushups
2 x 20 Sit ups
Rucksack march over varied terrain. Go as hard and fast as you can in one direction alongside a road for one hour. Mark your distance. Then head back to the start point. This will be good practice for the selection course where you won’t know the route or the distance. And mark your times in your workout log book.
