Here’s the thing: people aren’t stupid. They’re just patient. But that patience is running out like dynamite cooking in the heat. What we’re feeling now is the pressure build-up before the pop, the kind of pressure that ends with heads rolling (metaphorically… for now) and systems getting flipped like an Epstein island massage table.
You can only suppress the will of the people for so long. History’s playbook is clear: when the gap between rulers and ruled gets wide enough, something breaks.
Whether it’s protests, walkouts, or full-blown constitutional reboots, the energy is here. The question is what’s going to light the fuse.
Revolutions are messy, they’re chaotic, and they don’t give a damn about your pension plan. But sometimes? They’re necessary.
How to fix it?
I’ve written about this over and over on SOFREP, but it bears repeating — loud and clear:
Term Limits Across the Board. No more lifer politicians. Serve, lead, and get the hell out. We need citizen leaders, not bureaucratic barnacles.
Kill the Lobbyist Pipeline. No more golden parachutes from Congress to K Street. You serve the people — not Boeing or Big Pharma.
Civic Compulsory Service. Want to vote? Serve your country — military, AmeriCorps, disaster relief. If you’re gonna claim a stake in the future, you’d better invest something more than Instagram likes.
True Election Reform. No more two-party monopolies. Ranked choice, open primaries — anything that gets us out of this binary hellscape.
Bring Back Accountability. Public servants who fail at their jobs should be fired like anyone else. No pensions for incompetence. You screw up? You answer the people. Period.
Vote by phone so the mom working two jobs can vote biometrically on her coffee break and not have to take a day off work to wait in line to fill out a piece of bubble paper.
Final Word.
We’re past the fork in the road, the boats are burning behind us, and the old system is dragging itself forward like a zombified bureaucrat clinging to a dead script. One path leads to silence, servitude, and selling out your kids’ future for comfort. The other? It’s hard, it’s bloody, but it’s real, and it’s the only shot we’ve got at reclaiming the soul of this country.
My fellow veterans and I didn’t bleed for a flag stitched by cowards who dodged the draft and worse.
We fought for an America worth defending, one built on courage, truth, and action. If you feel that in your bones, then this fight is yours too.
