Episode 6: The Choke and The Eyes
Dec 17, 2014Jim West talks us through some unfortunately normal issues that women might find themselves in. For some reason, choke holds on women are pretty normal. Jim shows us the proper way to go for the eyes and explains how it will knock your opponent off balance. This can be modified with a kick between the legs.
These techniques are effective to break the attacker’s choke hold on a woman and give her time to run away, or plan her next move to take the attack to the attacker.
