Dec 4, 2014When you’re first attacked you may not be able to run away immediately, you may not have a plan of response, so you need to train your mind to hit immediately to give yourself some room.
Jim West takes us through a partner exercise where the partner ‘attacks’ with a push or shove, and the person being attacked responds immediately with a punch or two.
