How to Prepare for the Navy SEAL Physical Test

As a former Navy SEAL and Instructor, I give an insider’s experience into how to make sure you are properly prepared for BUD/S (Basic, Underwater, Demolition, SEAL) training.

If you train for just the minimum standards you’re going to be in deep water with no boat or shoreline in sight. Which was the way I showed up, i.e. not in BUD/S shape.
