Watch: Islamic States claims responsibility for bringing down US drone near Tal Afar

This week, Islamic State claimed to have shot down a US UAV near Tal Afar. The video below shows the drone falling from the sky and the wreckage after the crash. SOFREP ran the video by multiple Reaper pilots and they indicated it might be a MQ-1/ Predator instead of a MQ-9/Reaper. The Predator is primarily used for ISR purposes. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
