SOF Selection PT Preparation 3.21.2017

Today is a swim day, which hasn’t been a big focus on here recently but should be.

Remember the swim test is a big part of the initial testing phase and many candidates fail to properly prepare for it.

Warm up first –  3 x 30 seconds each of Mountain climbers and Spider-Man planks

Remember the swim test is a big part of the initial testing phase and many candidates fail to properly prepare for it.

Warm up first –  3 x 30 seconds each of Mountain climbers and Spider-Man planks

Swim 300 meters with fatigues and boots. Ensure you wear the uniform and boots because when you’re swimming with them as on the Selection test it will feel like little gremlins are pulling you down in the water from the corners of your uniform.

Stretch well after completion
