Episode 5: How to Defend Against Real World Punches
Dec 10, 2014Jack Murphy asks Jim West about experiences you might run into in real world situations. Most of the time at a bar you wont get a proper punch so disarming or defending against attacks can be easier than you might think. Jim talks about different ways to stand while staying in different protective positions and “answer the phone.”
Jack then gets to practice these skills with Clint while Jim explains “If it feels strong it’s wrong.”
