Gonaives, Haitai– 38 people were killed and 13 people were injured after a bus crashed into a parade on late Saturday evening. According to Reuters, the bus was coming from Cap Haitian to Port-au-Prince when it crashed into the Rara music parade. The Washington Post reported the driver hit two people waiting at a bus stop then crashed into a crowd attending the music festival. The driver then fled the scene.
