Leader of Iran Boasts It Was God’s Will for Capture of U.S. Sailors

Adding insult to injury for the U.S. after a recent capture of U.S. sailors who wandered into Iranian waters, Ayatollah Khamenei boasted to his IRGC forces that it was God who led the U.S. sailors into their hands. “What you did was very great, interesting and timely and it was in fact God’s deed that took Americans to our waters so that through your timely job they raised their hands over their heads and were arrested.” The Ayatollah’s posse then took to Twitter to post a celebratory picture of the captured service members, quoting his praise for the IRGC.

For a guy who looks like Iran’s version of Uncle Si, his compatriots sure seemed appreciative of his gracious words to them in the video below:
