The Marine Reconnaissance Foundation finally received its 501(c)3 status on January 8, 2014. So now any donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible as charitable donations. Money donated to the Foundation goes toward supporting wounded Recon Marines and Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsmen, their families, and strengthening the legacy of the Reconnaissance community.
