The Pic of the Day: Venezuelan opposition leader declares himself interim president

Many countries, including the U.S., Canada, and Chile, officially recognize Guaido as the legitimate president of Venezuela. However, Supreme Court President Juan Jose Mendoza urged the attorney general to act against a constitutional violation.
