SOF SELECTION PT PREPARATION (2/22/2017)

Training: Run 6 miles – Strive for 10-minute miles doing the following fartlek – Run for 8 minutes and Walk for 2 minutes.  6 Rounds: 50 Push-ups, 15 Pull-ups, 20 Sit-ups.
