Honeywell’s latest contract with South Korea for T55 engines enhances their CH-47F helicopters, bolstering the nation’s defense capabilities.

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Brett W. Haskin flew his final mission flight on May 6, 2022 while serving as the Brigade Aviation Maintenance Officer for 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division and was greeted with a water canon salute from the Camp Humphreys Fire Department upon his taxi on the tarmac.

The Philippines is looking into purchasing and employing the US-made heavy-lift Chinook helicopters as part of militar modernization.
