I know, it’s a lot to think about. Five years ago, I would have laughed at this. Now? I’m not laughing anymore. Anecdotally, I have lost count of the number of tough-as-nails operators who either bailed from the service, or who are counting the days until they can get out. They, in turn, are also discouraging their children from joining. The type of kid that wants to go into the military for to blow shit up and to kill America’s enemies does not want to sit through endless sensitivity training. Who is going to fill those jobs?
