Watch: Attack on a UN convoy near Aleppo, Syria and the many outlying factors of chaos

What’s the big deal? Didn’t we just bomb them and killed 80 government troops?

The “big deal” is that this was an aid convoy being run by 2 NGOs that would have fed 78,000 people. The Red Crescent/Cross is a non-combatant international humanitarian organization, not an army.

The UN is also a non-combatant who had a clearly marked the area for humanitarian aid on radar, which is where the convoy was located. It’s more realistic that there was a friendly fire incident against the SAA than someone accidently bombing a UN facility.

Director of Syria’s Red Crescent and everyone in the aid convoy has been suspected to have been killed. As a result, Assad also declared the end to the cease-fire.

Watch: Is this what getting PTSD sounds like? Marines during a mortar attack

“Relax dude, or someone is going to think your fucking hurt.”

Welcome to war, bad guys will try to kill you. A recording of US Marines taking cover in their deployment barracks as an indirect fire, mortar attack is underway. This is quite possibly what the PTSD sounds like, or simply the sound of an FNG shitting himself.

They only blame America – Attacks blamed on America by oblivious politicians and White House policy

For example, just this past weekend, when a bomb exploded, injuring dozens in New York, Mayor de Blasio was quick to assert that it was an intentional act but wasn’t terrorism. After a knife-wielding attacker went on a rampage in a shopping mall, the St. Cloud, Minnesota police chief didn’t connect the attack to Islamic terrorism even though the terrorist, when approaching his victims, reportedly was asking them if they were Muslim.

France arrests 3 minors in a week during counterterror offensive

Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said that Wednesday’s arrest was part of French authorities’ efforts to target people vulnerable to “calls to carry out killings, led by a certain number of actors in Syria.” But he didn’t elaborate on any direct links between the boy and the IS group.

The extremist group “uses encrypted means to encourage increasingly young” individuals, he said, citing the messaging application Telegram.

France is currently in “an exceptional level of mobilization” following two failed attacks in six days, he added.

Investigators have discovered mortar round shrapnel and the remnants of an IED in the preliminary findings of the post-blast analysis from the scene of the explosion. Surprise: Afghan tourism is a bad idea

Surprise: Afghan tourism is a bad idea

Now to be fair, to those that haven’t been there, parts of Afghanistan are truly beautiful. The rugged landscape changes from flat desert to snow-capped mountain ranges and back again, with a few poppy fields sprinkled in for good measure.
