U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un hold their second summit meeting at the Sofitel Legend Metropole hotel on February 28, 2019 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The two leaders abruptly cut short their two-day summit in Vietnam as talks broke down and they failed to reach an agreement on nuclear disarmament. Trump said in a press conference on Thursday the United States was unwilling to lift all sanctions, and no plans were made for a third summit.
