Update 20:36 EST- Police stated that they will be conducting a controlled explosion near the arena.
There will be a controlled explosion in Cathedral gardens shortly if you hearing anything don't be concerned.

Update 21:00 EST- Police stated that the controlled explosion was due to abandoned clothing. The US Embassy in London also released the message below following the suspected terror attack.
Officers carrying out a precautionary controlled explosion in Cathedral Garden confirm that it was abandoned clothing, not a suspicious item

Update 22:16 EST: NBC reported that police may have a tentative ID of a suicide bomber. Local EMS stated 59 casualties have been taken to the surrounding hospitals as well as multiple people were treated on scene with less severe injuries.
NBC News: UK law enforcement officials and US officials briefed on the investigation say that there's been a tentative ID on the bomber.
