TMZ has obtained audio from today’s incident involving Harrison Ford’s Ryan PT-22 at a Golf Course near the Santa Monica Municipal Airport this afternoon. According to the audio, the pilot declares an engine failure and requests an immediate return to the airport. The aircraft came down on the Penmar Golf Course, just a couple blocks away from the airport. The pilot is being treated for his injuries at a local hospital.
According to son Ben Ford’s Twitter feed: “At the hospital. Dad is ok. Battered, but ok! He is every bit the man you would think he is.”
