Following that, the Navy Band Brass Quintet will perform at 9 a.m.; Rear Adm. Thomas Ishee will speak; and a Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team, working with an EOD unit from the Mobile Police Department, will present a “Hollywood-type” explosion.
