U.S. Marines and Sailors with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit rappelled from UH-1 Huey and SH-60 Seahawk helicopters onto the flight deck of the USS Boxer during Western Pacific Deployment. Rappelling is one of the helicopter rope suspension techniques Marines use to insert onto an objective when landing aircraft is not an option or undesirable.
