“What is Aleppo?” Could be Johnson’s lasting impression this election

In case you haven’t seen the video of Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson being caught off guard about the Aleppo during MSNBC’s Morning Joe Show, the video is below. Gary Johnson recently told CNN that he takes full responsibility for the Aleppo flub.

“I take complete responsibility. I’m running for president of the United States. Look, I should have known what he was talking about,” he told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.
“We weren’t even talking about it in the context of anything, but that said … Aleppo is the epicenter of what is happening in Syria.”
Most of the candidates have probably been caught off guard during the campaign, Gary Johnson happened to be very unlucky and his happened on a major news channel. As a third-party candidate, he already lacks the same amount of exposure that his opponents receive and this video of his response could be what voters remember of him come election day.
