The Pentagon Embarrasses Itself. Again.

The Pentagon recently announced their plans to launch a joint US/Iraqi military operation to retake Mosul in April.  Then they abruptly cancelled it, because things just aren’t quite ready.  It doesn’t get much more embarrassing than that.
