I was actually pretty overwhelmed by the number of people who requested signed copies of the book, so I’m going to give some instructions here for those who are interested in buying Reflexive Fire or Target Deck with my Herbie Hancock on the inside. Please let me know if there is a special inscription you would like in the book or if you would like me to make it out to someone other than yourself because it is going to be a gift.

One other caveat I’m afraid. I’m charging 5.00 shipping for the USPS envelope and delivery via media mail. If you live outside the United States, please contact me first so I can calculate the shipping. Sending the book to Canada or even the UK isn’t that big a deal, but when you start shipping to South Africa or Singapore it starts to get expensive.
