Most importantly, Dick talks about the misuse of Special Operations forces in having them do missions that a squad of Rangers or Marines are just as capable of executing. Dick asserts that using Navy SEALs as door kickers constantly results in the degradation of their core skill set of waterborne operations that will be require their extensive retraining later on. Recently the Navy has announced that the Teams will be reorganized and return to training in their traditional role.
