Back to the gym on Saturday for some shoulders and back work. The towel pull-ups are for those who don’t have access to climbing ropes. We’ll finish off today by running some speed (sprints) work for cardio.

I don’t believe it is supposed to warm out above single digits today, normal work out time was below zero so it might be a treadmill kind of day. Log your numbers down in the workout notebook

3 x 10 Lat Pulldowns, rear

3 x 10 Barbell Dead Lift

3 x 10 Wide Grip Pull-ups

3 x 10 Towel Pull-ups

3 x 10 Dumbbell Side Raises

3 x 10 Seated Bent-Over Delt Raise

3 x 10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

3 x 10 Arnold Dumbbell Press

4 x 25-meter Shuttle Run

10 x 50-meter sprints

Stretch well after completion
