A terrorist attack every 84 hours, is anyone paying attention?

A terrorist attack has occurred every 84 hours and over half of them are outside of major cities.

IntelCenter, an intelligence group that focuses on terrorism, tracked all of the terrorist attack in areas outside of Iraq, Syria, Sinai in Egypt, and Libya since June 8, 2016. They concluded that a terrorist attack occurred every 84 hours and over half of them are outside of major cities. CNN also confirmed this data through their tracking of terrorist activity.
