President Zelensky has accepted the peace talks that would take place along the Prypyat River amid intense urban fighting on Ukrainian soil.

Following the Russian advance into Ukraine, the United Nations Security Council had introduced a resolution condemning the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 25. The Russian Federation vetoed the resolution by virtue of its powers being a permanent member of the council, with 11 of the council’s 15 members voting in favor of the condemnation.

From a source in the Kharkiv region in Eastern Ukraine, SOFREP has video and photos of the aftermath of a Russian Recon Platoon that was all but wiped out as they were trying to hold a crossroads. The Russians may have murdered a civilian while they were there.

I was able to meet with an Ukrainian SOF Veterans Association, and they told me I was the first foreigner to meet them to talk about the war. It was weird as most of them served in Afghanistan along with their Russian counterparts and they still keep talking through social networks even with the ongoing war.
