In episode seven, Dick tells us about the formation of Red Cell, taking some of the Team Six guys trained in anti-terrorism and making them the terrorists who would test for vulnerabilities to terrorist attacks.  These operations were not limited to entering military bases unseen but nuclear facilities and even boarding nuclear submarines, which were presumed to be among the most secure sites in the military. Some of their work even related to securing the President.  When Ronald Reagan was president and would visit his ranch in California, Red Cell managed to stay in the same hotel with the President’s Secret Service detail.
