Former Navy SEAL and author of “Raising Men: Lessons Navy SEALs Learned from Their Training and Taught to Their Sons,”  Eric Davis discusses the applicability of K9 training and mentoring people. One of the biggest lessons he learned training his dog was to alter what motivated the dog thereby altering the dog’s behavior. Eric said that the applicability lets him use the lessons learned from his K9s in his leadership development and human performance training programs.
