Watch: Interview with former SEAL and Congressman Ryan Zinke- Command and control element of Navy SEAL missions changed with technology

During this SOFREP exclusive interview with Ryan Zinke, U.S. congressman, former Navy SEAL, and the author of “American Commander,” he discusses how the command and control element of the Navy SEAL missions has evolved with technology. However, he says there is a consequence with technology as the missions are now somewhat micro-managed. Rep. Zinke is an advocate for pushing more decision-making authority to those in the fight. Having to relay information back to headquarters can ultimately put more of our men and women in harm’s way.
