Air Force Security Forces have cleared the Malcolm Grow Medical Facility the last location that was not deemed ‘All Clear.’ It is also where this active shooter situation was planned to be undertaken, according to the Pentagon and Joint Base Andrews – Air Force and Navy base.

At 09:30 EST, an alert with dispatched across Joint Base Andrews – a “barricade situation” on the third floor of Building 1060.
MSNBC, The Hill, everyone and their mother, is reporting via ‘sources’ that the active shooter situation was part of a drill gone wild. Joint Base Andrews, the Media, and the Pentagon is now blaming witness who were unaware of the drill, phoned in the threat, and started the confusion. Despite their own reports – way to pass the blame.
Meanwhile, delayed information on the status of ‘all clear’ or not was delayed across Joint Base Andrews. Someone, somewhere on Joint Base Andrews will be under a desk until late tonight.
“All Clear” for the base with the exception of Malcolm Grow medical facility . . . The lock down on base has been lifted.
Sky News via Twitter has indirectly reported the shooter be Scott Adams, an alleged White Supremacists. Although the report is unclear and lacking much substantiating evidence.

09:26: Only info passed officially throughout Joint Base Andrews is via a PA system; All personnel sheltering. People were calm but a bit afraid – No reports of shots being fired.
09:32: JB Anacostia-Bolling confirms NOT an exercise and lockdown limited to JB Andrews.
09:34: PA announced shooting was at a new clinic on Joint Base Andrews.

There were reports of an active shooter incident on base at Malcolm Grow medical facility at approximately 9 a.m. today, June 30, 2016. Personnel on base have been directed to shelter in place. The base was scheduled to conduct an active shooter exercise, however, reports of a real-world active shooter situation were reported at Malcolm Grow medical facility. First responders are currently on scene to secure the location. Due to the serious nature of this report, the base is reacting to ensure the safety of all personnel. More information will be released as it becomes available.

Still sheltering, people’s legs and asses are starting to fall asleep. The entire office is calm except one lady whose husband can’t be reached and had an appt at the clinic this morning.
10:28: Media outlets begin to declare the real world active shooter a miscommunication associated with a scheduled active shooter exercise. “I’m still being told to shelter and I’m seeing base media pages saying it’s not a drill.”
Personnel inside the base were still being told to shelter, and Joint Base Andrews social media pages still calling the incident ‘Not a drill.’
