Well, almost…

This video has over a million views and was quite controversial!

I received so much hate mail from this one, which was intended as a funny story about my civilian drop zone experience.

So I definitely struck a nerve pain in the civilian skydiving community and I think it was a good wake up call for the industry as a whole.

Almost every hate message I received acknowledges the problems and unprofessional standardization across the industry and then quickly said, “But we’re different!” Which is a good thing for sure but, the industry, much like the indoor range industry, could use stronger leadership and better professional standards.

There are good drop zones and good shooting ranges but they are in the minority.
